Education Leader

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and organised Education Leader to lead our early learning team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven leader committed to high-quality early childhood education and care. About the Role As an Education Leader, you will be responsible for the effective leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining high standards of care and education and supporting a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities Plan, direct and coordinate the daily operations of the OSHC centre. Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, and all other legislative requirements. Develop and oversee educational programs. Manage and mentor a team of educators, providing leadership, guidance and professional development opportunities. Monitor and maintain high standards of health, safety and wellbeing for children and staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, staff and community stakeholders. About You Proven experience in a leadership or management role within school-based childhood education and care. Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, frameworks and best practices. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for delivering quality outcomes for children and families. Qualifications & Requirements Cert III in Early Childhood Education or higher (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA). Current Working With Children Check (or state/territory equivalent). Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within a childcare setting.
