Catholic Homes is excited to welcome passionate and experienced Enrolled Nurses to our Home Care team on a part-time basis, supporting clients throughout the Geraldton region. Our Home Care service focuses on building strong, meaningful relationships with clients, empowering them to remain independent at home and stay connected to the activities and communities they love. As part of our team, you’ll benefit from ongoing training, guidance, and support from our management and senior care leaders ensuring you feel confident, valued, and set up for success. Key responsibilities Provides skilled nursing, personal and end-of-life care for clients according to care plans and within the scope of practice. Undertakes and contributes to assessment of clients care needs. Recognises Home Care clients' changing health care needs and initiates further assessment or appropriate and timely referral in consultation with Resident, representatives and/or advocates. Contributes to Home Care clients' assessments and develops ongoing care plans; evaluation of strategies and care plan reviews under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). To be successful in this role you will have Current AHPRA registration - with no restrictions National Police Clearance A current C class driver's licence Current First aid and CPR Excellent communication and time management skills Excellent clinical skills Ability to work well independently and within a team Experience in aged care and database system Benefits Employee Assistance Program (free confidential counseling service) Free onsite parking Close to public transport Paid blood donor leave Comprehensive induction program and ongoing professional development.
