Personal Care Worker - Memory Support Program Join us at Calvary Bayview in Carrum Downs, Victoria. Location: Carrum Downs, VIC, Australia, 3201 Employment Type: Permanent Part-time Closing Date: 21 December 2025 About the Role The Personal Care Worker role is part of an integrated team that provides high quality care to residents with dementia in the Memory Support Program. Key Responsibilities Support residents to live the life they choose, allowing them to exercise choice and independence. Contribute to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs through assessment and observation. Implement clinical and care interventions delegated by the Registered Nurse and documented in the resident’s plan of care. Assist residents with personal care and hygiene needs while encouraging independence. About You Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent recognised qualification. Experience in dementia support and ability to engage with residents. Effective interpersonal communication, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads and provide holistic care. Commitment to continuous quality improvement. Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
