As a Digital Automation Specialist , you’ll design the automations and integrations that keep our fast-growing company running smoothly. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions at our in-person campuses, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects. What You’ll Do Develop Automation – Design, implement, and optimise workflows using Make.com and custom API integrations. Integrate API – Build and manage integrations between platforms to enable seamless data flow. Manage CRM – Enhance and maintain Monday.com workflows, ensuring it works for the whole organisation. Manage Cloud Infrastructure – Keep cloud-based systems (AWS or equivalent) secure, scalable, and reliable. Administrate Systems – Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems relevant to operations. Collaborate and Support – Partner with departments to identify automation opportunities, and train teams on tools. Monitor and Optimise – Track automation performance and continuously improve efficiency.
