Job Overview Family Practice – Feltham Medical Centre, located on Cook Street, Victoria, BC V9B 3P2. We offer a patient panel available immediately with a collaborative practice sharing staff, office space, and overhead. Dr. Janicki works five days a week – 1½ days in the office with two exam rooms, and three half‑days remotely. The EMR system is OSCAR. Responsibilities Provide primary care to patients through scheduled appointments. Maintain accurate electronic medical records using OSCAR. Collaborate with three colleagues who share staff and office resources. Use Doxy.Me for virtual appointments and support telehealth services. Participate in practice management and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Medical licence with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC. Experience in family practice or primary care preferred but not required. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑care skills. Proficiency with OSCAR EMR and virtual care platforms. Benefits Flexible schedule: 1½–2 days in office, remainder remote. Fully equipped exam rooms and offices with high‑speed wireless internet. Computers, printers, and other office essentials in each room. Free parking for doctors and staff on site and within two blocks. Collaborative practice with supportive staff and efficient office management. Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) payment model.
