We specialise in mechanical, electrical, and structural repairs on Draglines, Shovels, CHPPs, Conveyors, and more, alongside general maintenance and shutdown activities. Location: Mackay Port – Be home every night The Role: As a Casual HSE Advisor, you'll provide leadership and support to ensure the safety of our teams. Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, your responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining HSE procedures, policies, and standards. Leading safety culture improvements across the business. Monitoring safety statistics using the RMS Safety Management System. Enhancing employees’SE skills on-site. Participating in client HS&E meetings to address concerns and actions. Ensuring compliance with QLD WHS legislation and industry standards. What You Need: 2+ years’ experience in HSE roles (maintenance or construction). Cert IV or Diploma in OH&S. Experience in hazard identification, risk management, and OH&S systems. Familiarity with BMA sites and data entry systems. Strong teamwork and a passion for workplace safety. Why Join Richglen?
