About the Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, Service Delivery and working closely with Therapy Pro’s Executive and Leadership Team, the National Head of Psychology will work with a high degree of autonomy to drive clinical excellence, commercial performance and organisational alignment of our Psychology teams lead by Team Leaders.
The role will support Therapy Pro’s growth in scale and national profile by driving the reputation and growth of our Psychology services, in line with the organisation’s purpose and strategic direction.
The National Head of Psychology will ensure Psychology services are commercially sustainable, understanding and balancing different drivers of sustainability including productivity, workforce satisfaction, average salaries, and clinical excellence that enhances reputation and drives client attraction & retention. Your innovation, planning and drive here will be very welcome and well-supported.
The position has a key role as ambassador for organisational culture and values, ensuring they are visible, embedded and upheld. Staff attraction, retention and performance are key elements of success, as are client outcomes and satisfaction.
This role will maintain a reduced client caseload providing a range of therapeutic supports to children and adults with a variety of needs.
About YouA general AHPRA registration in Psychology from a recognised tertiary institution (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)Board Accredited Supervisor Accreditation highly desirable (STAP)Extensive clinical background as a Psychology in a relevant setting is highly desirableDemonstrated leadership within an allied health or community services organisation or experience leading and managing a team of PsychologistsDeep understanding of the disability sector as well as issues impacting people with disabilities and their families and carersThe ability to work autonomously, based from home, and manage one’s time in a complex environment often characterised by competing priorities and the need for quality workComfortable using varied technology and online platformsA current open driver’s licence and access to a registered, roadworthy motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance cover.BenefitsHighly competitive base salaryAnnual performance incentive on offer$4,000 professional development allowance per annum.
