Tyre Sales & Customer Service - Goodyear Autocare Benalla Customer Service & Sales - Goodyear Benalla, full time, onsite Goodyear Autocare Benalla are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. About the role: First point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, providing quotes and advice. Schedule customer appointments, ensuring all work orders are processed and tracked in our system. Assist clients with post-service questions and follow-up on repairs. Communicate solutions to customers and advise them on repair options or maintenance needs. Process orders for tyres and mechanical work, order parts ensuring accurate records and inventory tracking are maintained. Maintain clear, professional communication with both customers and the team. Skills and Experience: Prior experience in tyre sales or the automotive industry essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. Manage customer concerns effectively and professionally, offering solutions in a timely manner. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
