This one is about transforming moments. What you’ll do Guide clients through highly personal appointments with warmth, professionalism, and style. Curate looks that capture each client’s individuality (with a little intuition and a lot of flair). Deliver results—hitting sales targets while keeping the experience effortless and elevated. Master the follow-up: seamless communication, meticulous details, and a client-first mindset. Be that calm, confident presence when emotions run high—resolving conflict with ease. Contribute to a team that thrives on collaboration, not competition. What you bring At least 3 years of proven sales experience where hitting targets was second nature. Natural confidence under pressure, balanced with empathy and warmth. The ability to command a room—without ever overpowering it. Sharp attention to detail, process-driven habits, and a love of creating order out of chaos. A presence that inspires trust, respect, and connection.
