Founded on a commitment to employ quality apprentices and provide exceptional support, OSMAC Apprenticeships has grown to be one of Queensland’s largest apprentice employers, achieving industry leading completion rates. We are currently after multiple 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year apprentices for Brisbane Southside and Northside clients. You will assist with installing and maintaining water, gas, and drainage systems, as well as roofing, gutters, and downpipes. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll gain practical skills, learn from experienced tradespeople, and work toward your plumbing qualification. Requirements Possess a licence with reliable transport Be punctual and have a good attendance record Be motivated and have a positive attitude Follow instructions well Have a skill set relative to the time in trade Able to read standard drawings (3rd & 4th years) Cert II in Plumbing or experience in the Trade (Beneficial) Willing to learn all aspects of the Plumbing Trade to a high standard and within tolerances Able to work safely Be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status Be open to gaining experience in all facets of the trade. Additional Certifications (Beneficial) Working at heights Confined spaces EWP Benefits Long‑term career prospects Current Modern Award hourly rates Uniforms, PPE and quality footwear All College/TAFE fee(s) paid for High level of support in the form of apprentice mentors Security in being employed with an organisation with multiple placement opportunities Income protection Applicants with any relevant experience as a labourer or trades assistant will be given opportunities to get fast‑tracked through recognition of prior learning and flexible college options. Upon successful completion, apprentice will receive a nationally accredited qualification: Certificate III in Plumbing - Certificate III in Roof Plumbing .
