COUPLES ROLE - Operations Support Supervisors Tiwi Enterprises LTD is 100% Indigenous owned and based on the Tiwi Islands. We require a versatile couple to support all aspects of our range of products and services. The role requires a diverse range of skills and comes with many benefits. The location is based in the Community of Wurrumiyanga on Bathurst Island. The surrounding region/Islands provide exceptional recreational opportunities with remote beaches and exceptional fishing/camping. You also have the opportunity to experience unique cultural experiences. A 38 hr week is on offer for each person, with 1 in 4 weekends on roster to support the Motel and Car Hire operations. Commencement in the New Year (approx. end of January 2026). Responsibilities Support our Maintenance Manager in general duties that require a broad range of skills, jack of all trades preferred. Support our Motel, Cleaning and Catering Manager in day‑to‑day duties in our 32‑room motel, 24‑man contractors quarters and duties beyond. Lead by example in cleaning operations. Support car hire operations, including all aspects of the car hire operation and supporting services such as transfers and airport baggage handling. Assist our garden and maintenance crew, including local maintenance contracts. Carry out administration duties to support the above. Display flexibility in switching and supporting all business units almost every day, delivering team flexibility to jump in and support other staff when required.
