About the Role As a member of the Cleaning team at St. Catherine's Aged Care Bathurst, you will provide high‑quality cleaning services for residents within our residential aged care home, ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean and presentable. Work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents’ rooms. Support peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit. Work safely, protecting yourself, colleagues and residents, following policies and procedures. To be successful in this role you’ll need: A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high‑quality care to the elderly. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Previous experience working as a cleaner, ideally. Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people. Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families. A reliable team player. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
