About Us Upside Down Therapy is a family-owned paediatric Occupational Therapy practice on Brisbane's northside, passionate about helping kids reach their potential through play, connection, and creativity. Our purpose-built 400sqm clinic is designed to inspire movement and joy — featuring seven sensory gyms, a flying fox, foam pit, climbing walls, and bright, open spaces. With dedicated admin areas and a fun, supportive atmosphere, therapy feels exciting for both children and clinicians. The Role This full time therapist role offers a blend of clinic-based, community-based, and work-from-home opportunities — giving you the flexibility to shape your week around your clients and lifestyle. You'll work with children aged 0-13 years, using play-based, sensory integration, and motor approaches to support development, confidence, and participation. Collaboration with families, educators, and community partners is at the heart of what we do.
