Qualifications Loves the smell of fresh bread at 2am (yes, we start early) Has an interest in learning all skills on the bench, bowl and ovens. Has a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a new franchise's success. Can work independently and collaboratively. Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Responsibilities Early morning starts. Baking a wide range of high‑quality breads and specialty products. Maintaining food safety and workplace health & safety standards.
