Key Responsibilities: Working with users to formulate and document business requirements Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes Developing functional specifications for use by system developers Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process Define and iterate the product Become the voice of the Customer and protect any Scope Creep Training of new development to operations Manage and oversee the implementation of the product Operational Support during go-live Work with the different engineering teams to deliver new software Testing & Solving (development) problems as they appear Inspect items for any defects and proper coverage Support in testing New Cold products Test interfaces between the product and the customers Closely manage the product scope to get the product launched with a quality that matches New Cold's Standard Troubleshoot information flow between operations, BD, Project Team and other internal partners Handover product to local operations team Skills and Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation in a logistics environment Bachelor's degree (in Logistics, Business Engineering or a closely related field) Affinity with IT, Automation or Material Handling PMP or Agile certified Excellent communication skills Driver's license Are you up for the job?
