This position can be offered as a full-time, part-time or a contractor arrangement, depending on what suits you best. Exciting opportunities available in the Bendigo region for experienced and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioners. Working closely with our Clinical team, you will be well supported and have the opportunity to build on your knowledge and skills and make a real difference to the lives of people living with disability. You'll support participants, families, and care teams with coaching and strategies that reduce challenging behaviours and boost quality of life. Qualifications & Requirements A degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Social Work, or similar. NDIS registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. Experience writing functional assessments & behaviour support plans. A deep understanding of the NDIS and positive behaviour support. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Confidence with MS Office and clinical documentation. The ability to support, coach, and collaborate with families and care teams.
