Private Practice Physiotherapist - New Grads welcome The Physio, Rehab and Health Clinic – Carlton NSW We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated physiotherapist to join our growing team. We would love to share our ethos and knowledge with someone who is just as passionate and driven as us, striving for the best long-term outcome for their clients We see both private and WC patients with a varied and strong caseload including sports injuries, lumbo-pelvic and hip, headaches and upper body injuries to name a few. We also have a demand for small group classes and recently launched a spinal rehabilitation program called SPINALFIT Our physiotherapists bring over 38 years’ experience. Ongoing 1:1 mentorship is with our expert principal who has a widespread reputation for specialised care, particularly in the areas of pelvic pain syndrome, complex spinal pain and TMJ dysfunction. The clinic also has a women's health physiotherapist, and 2 senior ISM (Integrated systems model by Canadian physio Diane Lee) practitioners. We are an evidence-based practice and take a holistic and biopsychosocial approach to assists our patients in their recovery. With the use of Real time Ultrasound and EMG dual channel biofeedback we develop tailored rehabilitation programs, utilising the benefits of biofeedback to identify a starting point for a graded and systemic approach to rehab. Qualities we are looking for Compassionate and enthusiastic Sound clinical reasoning skills Commitment to the practice and to professional development Enjoys collaborative work with a supportive team High level organisational and time management skills Liaise with local GP’s, specialists, dentists and Insurance/WorkCover representatives Proficient in writing letters of communication with specialists, GP's, dentists. Contribute to the great reputation and grow within the practice Willing to have fun Why work with us? 1) We provide 1-hour initial consultations and 30min follow-ups for every patient, 1:1 private room settings. 2) Gym space where we conduct small group rehabilitation classes 3) Mentoring on finding the 'drivers' of the pain, looking at the body as a whole and applying evidence-based practice and high-level manual therapy skills to achieve the best patient outcome. 4) Paid breaks to keep up with your paperwork and long lunches. No burnout here 5) Yearly contribution to your professional development ($1500), in-service provided for PD. 6) Support both monetary and professionally to develop your passion/niche in physio. 7) Free massage sessions, Christmas bonus. Hours Hours are negotiable and flexible.
