Introduction Port Melbourne Chargers Women’s Football Club is an amateur women’s only football club competing in the Victorian Amateur Football Association. We are building a legacy that will inspire change, elevate women in sport, and make a lasting impact. Development Coach – Volunteer / Flexible We are recruiting Development Coaches to provide support across our women’s teams. These are flexible roles ideal for those with a passion for player development, skill-building, and supporting coaching on training nights and/or game day. About You As a passionate and dedicated member of our Club, you will bring: A commitment to the Club values of Community, Integrity, Passion, Respect & Excellence Experience in football coaching, mentoring, or skill development The ability to work across multiple teams and age/stage levels Strong communication and relationship-building skills A collaborative mindset and willingness to be part of a coaching panel Familiarity with VAFA structures and community football environments is advantageous Hold or be willing to obtain a volunteer Working with Children Check You will work alongside our Director of Coaching and football operations as part of a collaborative coaching panel.
