Opportunity & Responsibilities As the Assistant Centre Manager , you will support the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff management, budget administration, and communication with families, employees, and stakeholders. You will work closely with the Head of Curriculum to lead a high-performing team and ensure the highest quality of care and education, creating a smooth, safe, and positive experience for children and families while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. About You ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children’s Services or higher Proven leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Centre Manager or in a similar role Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care and children’s development and safety Current Working with Children check, Police Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Previous knowledge and experience with XAP software desirable Why Aspire?
