Assistant Store Manager
at our Spencer Store , you will support the Store Manager by leading, driving and inspiring your team to achieve overall success.
Benefits & Culture:40% off Glue Store product | apparel, FW and ACC across brands such as Nike, Thrills, PE Nation, Champion, TommyGenerous incentives + bonus earning potentialAccess to our Team Member BenefitsWork with sought-after product alongside passionate team members who strive to excel in the fashion retail industryOpportunity to progress within Glue and Accent GroupThe Responsibilities:You will also be responsible, however not limited to the following duties & responsibilities:Lead by example to assist in setting management expectations across your TeamTrain, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planningProblem solving and ability to provide solutionsAssist with roster management and payroll approvalManage the team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective mannerProactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkageWork with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the storeTo be successful in the role, you will have:Experienced and well- rounded retailer management experienceAbility to work Sunday to Thursday RosterLeadership, motivator, and aspirational attributesHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectationsAdaptable and supportive approachA love for the Glue brand and cultureAffiliation with Accent Group Core values and “Make It Happen” attitudeAt Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
