The Role They are seeking an experienced and passionate solicitor to join their team in a dedicated Family Violence role. This is a chance to make a real impact, working directly with clients and alongside a supportive, values-driven team. As the Family Violence Solicitor, you will: Deliver legal advice, representation, and advocacy for victim-survivors of family violence. Apply a trauma-informed approach to help clients navigate complex situations. Promote safety, empowerment, and access to justice for vulnerable members of the community. What You'll Need At least 2 years' post-admission experience. Unrestricted practising certificate. Experience in Family Violence matters (or related areas of law). Ability to work respectfully with a diverse client base. Commitment to social justice and community impact. Benefits Salary $91,913 - $109,249 + Super + Salary Packaging up to $15,834 tax free (pro rata). 35-hour working week. Relocation assistance up to $3,000 (no accommodation provided).
