Title Trainer and Assessor - Cert IV in Allied Health Be part of the team and play a key leadership role in the continued success of the Stirling business. Training can change lives and Stirling Institute of Australia (RTO ID 21132) works collaboratively with students to empower them and provide the right tools and support to begin or further grow their career. We are seeking a casual trainer to deliver Certificate IV in Allied Health. The opportunity Deliver and administer accredited training to participants as part of the training delivery Mentor and support course participants to develop skills identified to meet their needs Meet all student administration/records and compliance deliverables Work with training team and the wider business to ensure quality of customer service progression and compliance About you Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant or Bachelor of Health Science with a minimum of 3 years professional experience in Allied Health services TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education Fluent written and spoken English Demonstrated vocational qualifications to the level of those being delivered and/or assessed or have relevant industry experience that will demonstrate your experience and knowledge in the field of training that you are delivering in For specialist literacy programs this may include Certificate IV or higher in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) or higher qualification Hold the qualification to be trained and assessed Previous experience in delivery of VET training Competent knowledge of ASQA's SRTOs compliance and regulations and strong knowledge of the VET sector and the Standards for RTOs (2015) Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area Diversity and Inclusion We are proud to hold the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice Citation and are a recognised Disability Confident Company.
