We’re seeking a Leasing Consultant who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy fast paced environment, and brings care, reliability, and enthusiasm to every stage of the leasing process. About the role As our Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the warm, organised presence behind our rental portfolio. You’ll oversee leasing campaigns end to end—hosting engaging inspections, connecting with prospective tenants, qualifying quality applicants, and collaborating closely with our Property Managers to maintain strong occupancy and seamless transitions. This role is hands‑on, energetic, and varied—no two days will look the same. If you’re driven by results, love building relationships, and can manage a smooth process we want to chat with you Responsibilities will include: Conduct open homes and private inspections confidently and professionally and provide Property Managers with market feedback after inspections Manage leasing enquiries, process rental applications and tenant communication end‑to‑end Prepare and organise new tenant packs keys and ingoing inspection condition reports Conduct routine inspections and prepare reports Use leasing/property management systems Support Property Managers and jump in where needed Provide exceptional professional service to both tenants and property owners The ideal candidate for the role will have: At least12 months’ experiencein a similar role A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of registration Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle A proactive, can‑do mindset and genuine love of great service Clear and professional oral and written communication to internal and external clients Great attention to detail and pride in doing things properly Work effectively within a variety of situations and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle priorities Confidence with compliance, leasing documentation and processes Microsoft Office skills and experience with property/CRM software Generate and act on new ideas that add value to the business. Look at different ways to solve problems and address difficulties. Have a good understanding of the business environment and the impact your behaviour has on the reputation of the company. Treat colleagues and customers in a manner which demonstrates integrity, honesty and fairness.
