Carpentry Tradesman + Apprentices NEEDED - IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE Mikeilee Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Carpentry Tradesmen and Apprentices for immediate full‑time positions in Castlereagh, NSW 2749. As a Carpentry Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry tasks on construction sites, working closely with the project team to deliver high‑quality work and ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Mikeilee mostly focuses on Prefab Steel & Timber Frames and Trusses plus Timber Cut on Site Frames and Trusses. We’re backed by big, reputable builders, giving Mikeilee a steady and reliable stream of work. We have grown so much in the past 12 months, so we now have multiple positions available. Apprentices of all year levels are welcome to apply for this position. What you'll be doing Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications to complete carpentry tasks Timber and steel framing plus renovations and extensions Performing maintenance and repairs on existing structures Collaborating with the project team to ensure quality and safety standards are met Mentoring and supervising carpentry apprentices What we're looking for in a Tradesman Proven ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications Excellent hand‑eye coordination and proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer Mikeilee Constructions Pty Ltd is a well‑established construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality projects.
