The Business Analyst’s focus is to ensure that every project is aligned to our strategic plan, has a compelling business case, and adopts a collaborative and human centred led approach to the design, implementation and transition of project outcomes. Analyse complex business functions, document current and future states, and identify key challenges and opportunities. Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, build consensus, and ensure stakeholder alignment on project outcomes. Co‑design human‑centred, sustainable business solutions and develop user journeys, process maps, user stories, and specifications. Support implementation and change activities, including risk mitigation, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. About You You are: Demonstrated experience in business analysis and business case development in complex, multi‑functional organisations. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups. Experience applying human‑centred design principles and delivering sustainable, user‑focused business solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. To be considered for the role you require: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a business project environment. The ability to work independently with limited direction while managing competing demands to meet deadlines. A high level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with issues of a sensitive or personal nature.
