In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, families, and other professionals to design and implement individualized behaviour support plans that foster positive change and improve quality of life. Our services span the lifespan—beginning with young children through our Early Childhood Intervention Program, and continuing with participants aged 5 and up who present with a range of conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurological challenges, and physical disabilities. You will assess each participant’s needs, develop tailored therapy plans, and support them in working toward their goals. Sessions may take place in our clinics, out in the community, or via telehealth, depending on the needs and preferences of each individual. this is a full time role working across our Albury Clinics Key responsibilities of the role: Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and functional analyses. Develop, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans tailored to individual client needs. Provide direct support and guidance to clients and their families to address challenging behaviours. Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists, educators, and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of client progress and service delivery. Stay current with industry best practices and research in behaviour support. Who are we looking for? A bachelor's degree and/or post graduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support Proven experience as either a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Behaviour Analyst or Behaviour Therapist. High level oral and written communication skills including the demonstrated ability to prepare and finalise technical reports in a timely manner Demonstrated and effective time management skills including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities set in a fast‑paced environment A current NDIS Practitioner ID, NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check.
