About the Role Manage the delivery of public infrastructure projects that shape vibrant, sustainable communities. Design and implement strategies to meet timelines, budgets, and environmental goals. Build strong partnerships with contractors, consultants, and community stakeholders. Develop clear project plans, reports, and tools that drive transparency and accountability. Lead innovation in how Council delivers spaces that matter to people. Skills & Experience Relevant qualifications and/or experience in building, park infrastructure or engineering, with strong experience in managing complex projects from start to finish. Strong project delivery experience across large-scale infrastructure or public works. Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and investigation to manage project complexities. Confidence managing contractors and consultants, with a track record of driving results. Sharp eye for detail when reviewing plans, budgets, and technical documents. Solid financial acumen to cost projects accurately and keep spending on track. Understanding of environmental impacts and how to manage risks like contamination. Clear communication skills to advise teams and lead stakeholder discussions.
