About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Principal (approx. 95%) and Managing Director (approx. 5%). This is a diverse role where you’ll manage complex diaries, inboxes and priorities, handle primarily personal tasks, and bring structure and clarity to each day. You’ll act as the Principal’s gatekeeper, sounding board and organiser – ensuring communication flows smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and able to anticipate needs in a fast‑moving, creative environment. Duties Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and high‑volume inboxes with full access and prioritisation Provide daily and end‑of‑day updates and prepare printed to‑do lists each morning Liaise with internal staff, clients and external stakeholders, including franchise and investment contacts Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups and reminders – ensuring actions are completed and communicated Handle personal errands and admin including gifts, dry cleaning, mail and restaurant bookings Assist with tax preparation, expenses, and correspondence for personal and investment entities Provide back‑up front‑of‑house reception when required Contribute to process improvement, suggesting and implementing smarter ways of working Skills & Experience You’ll be proactive and take initiative, able to build strong relationships, earn trust quickly and bring curiosity to learning new systems while confidently supporting a busy leader who’s often on the move. 3+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant Exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and juggle competing demands Process‑minded and keen to identify efficiencies and improvements Professional, composed and discreet, with strong judgement Confident coordinating across all levels of the business Benefits Birthday day off $5K employee referral bonus Paid parental leave EAP + internal & external training programs Annual reviews, career development & performance bonuses Daily fresh fruit, Friday night drinks & furry Fridays Collaborative, inclusive studio culture in a stunning workspace Please note, this is an office based role Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm.
