Settlements Officer

**Overview;**The Settlements Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the accurate and compliant settlement of applications in line with risk, compliance and regulatory requirements.This role leverages automation to streamline settlement processes, minimise manual intervention and support a seamless and efficient settlement experience for our customers.**Key Deliverables;*** Settle applications accurately and on time in line with policy, compliance and regulatory requirements* Deliver exceptional service to our customers, internal and external stakeholders* Utilise automation and systems enhancements to continue to streamline and reduce manual processing* Actively collaborate to support business changes, process improvements and projects**Key Capabilities*** Process settlements accurately and in line with daily requirements* Complete tasks within agreed turnaround times to meet individual and team productivity targets* Follow documented procedures to comply with policy, compliance and regulatory requirements* Ensure the accurate disbursement of funds* Utilise automation tools to process settlements efficiently* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve settlement issues* Identify system or automation issues and raise them promptly with the team leader* Identify opportunities to improve automation processes* Work as part of a team to manage daily volumes and shared workloads* Support team by participating in team huddles and meetings, sharing information and contributing to a positive team environment**Qualifications & Experience**;* Strong attention to detail and focus on quality* Proficient in EXCEL/Microsoft Office* Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals and workloads* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills* Have a growth mindset and ability to adapt to changes**Employee Benefits**We have a long list of benefits to suit your needs.
