As part of our Global Service Center (GSC) Finance, you will help Fee Earners and Partners focus on delivering exceptional client service. Your work will be varied, meaningful, and highly valued, making you a trusted resource across the firm. As a Finance Analyst – E-Billing, you will be the backbone of our APAC E-Billing operations. Your focus will be on ensuring invoices are submitted accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with client guidelines, and driving efficiency across processes. This role is key to supporting our finance team and delivering continuous improvement. Main duties and responsibilities Manage the end-to-end E-Billing process : validation, submission, troubleshooting Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Work closely with platform's support teams and client contacts to troubleshoot and resolve submission issues across invoices, budgets, accruals, and timekeeper rates, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Monitor platforms, resolve rejections, and maintain client profiles. Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to fix technical issues. Provide performance reports and identify improvement opportunities. Support client onboarding and contribute to process documentation. Drive automation and efficiency within E-Billing operations. About you Strong background in E-Billing, finance, or billing within professional services or legal environments. Familiar with E-Billing platforms (including but not limited to, TyMetrix, Legal Tracker, Collaborati). Analytical and proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented, client-focused, and committed to accuracy and compliance. Adaptable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
