As a Sales Specialist at The Auto Gallery , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for our premium automotive brand. Working hours include all days of the week, including Sundays, as required by business needs. Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised sales recommendations Demonstrate and test drive vehicles to showcase their features and capabilities Process sales transactions, including negotiating prices, managing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth purchase experience Maintain detailed knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets Provide exceptional post-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service What we're looking for Proven track record in sales within the automotive or luxury retail industries Sales experience is required in both automotive and luxury retail industries (specifically in luxury retail environments only) At least one year of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in sales roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the dealership Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicles (full licence required) Works very well independently and as a part of a team.
