The Opportunity We’re now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering end‑to‑end marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence and contribute to sales and leasing outcomes. You will support the Asset Management and Development team in executing property marketing campaigns, driving brand consistency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across Victoria. What you’ll do Coordinate marketing campaigns, executing project‑specific initiatives from launch through to leasing and completion. Develop high‑quality collateral, including brochures, digital content, project signage, video, and advertising materials. Manage digital channels by updating property listings, project websites, email campaigns, and newsletters. Support events by helping to plan and execute property activations and customer events in Victoria. Engage key stakeholders, collaborating with the Development and Asset Management teams to align marketing activities with project requirements. Partner with external suppliers, including agencies, designers, and printers, to deliver campaigns on time and on budget. What you’ll bring A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within the property, real estate, or B2B sectors. Strong project management and organisational skills, with an eye for detail and design quality. Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive, self‑motivated, and adaptable approach suited to a fast‑paced environment. Experience with Adobe (InDesign), Canva and similar digital marketing tools.
