Key Responsibilities Proactively manage leasing enquiries, tours, and applications to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets. Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents, ensuring a smooth and supportive leasing journey from first contact to move‑in. Confidently present the unique benefits of BTR living and the high‑quality services available, positioning the property as a premier lifestyle choice. Maintain accurate, high‑impact property listings and effectively nurture leads through our CRM system in line with brand standards. Work closely with the Leasing Manager and wider team to ensure the property is presented at its best and leasing strategies are executed to the highest standard. Essential Skills & Experience Unrestricted working rights in Australia Valid Assistant Agent Certificate, Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence (VIC) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think quickly and act with confidence. Detail‑oriented and results‑driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and performance KPIs.
