Tracksuit is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead engineering efforts across our product teams. You will work on high‑impact features, collaborate with product and design, and mentor junior engineers while driving technical excellence. Base Pay Range A$155,000.00/yr – A$180,000.00/yr Responsibilities Maintain code and develop new features aligned with the product roadmap. Refine and scope development work, test your own code, and ensure high‑quality deliverables. Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver valuable solutions. Provide technical input for architecture and direction that aligns with product goals and the company’s technical strategy. Champion best practices, scalability, and maintainability in development. Design and build scalable systems using containerization and serverless approaches where appropriate. Develop domain expertise in your product area and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Mentor and support fellow engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience as a senior full‑stack engineer. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one other modern programming language. Demonstrated product mindset and ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment. Collaborative, thoughtful, and kind team player with a growth mindset who values learning and problem‑solving. Thrives in fast‑paced settings and is motivated to contribute to Tracksuit’s collaborative culture. Basic understanding of branding’s strategic importance (beneficial but not required). Legal right to work permanently in Australia (open to New Zealand candidates willing to relocate). Benefits Competitive market rate remuneration reviewed twice annually.
