Join to apply for the Customer Service Champion role at Talent Matters About the role Collaborative, supportive and fun team Based west of the CBD, Albion WFH 1 day per week (post 6 months probation) Salary circa $60 - 70K plus Super (Based on skills/experience) An innovative and fast-growing Australian brand, with an international presence is seeking a Customer Service Champion to join their growing team in the premium bathroom and kitchen product sector. In this hands‑on role, you will be handling a mix of customer phone calls and email enquiries, utilising a new ticketing system for customer interactions and assisting in the warehouse as required and checking stock on‑site. Key Responsibilities Processing orders and invoicing Coordinating freight and international bookings Helping with stocktake and returns Answering shipping and tracking enquiries Assisting customers via phone, email and in person Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care Keeping up with SLAs to maintain top‑tier service Setting up new customer profiles and maintaining records Requirements 2+ years experience in customer service ideally within tapware, homeware, building, interior design, order processing or logistics Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment in helping people Comfortable working with computer systems Ability to problem‑solve and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Benefits & Conditions 1 day work from home after 6 month probation On‑site parking Extensive training to set you up for success Opportunities for career development Eligibility Must have permanent and unrestricted working rights in Australia to be considered.
