ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Project Superintendent, the Project Supervisor is responsible for managing the effective shift execution of pond construction, complying with WHS, Environmental, and design/construction standards, and ensuring adherence to statutory obligations. What You’ll Do Lead and manage daily construction operations and shift execution with a mining‑class fleet Deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification Interpret and implement engineering drawings, construction methodologies, and survey controls Manage and mentor crews and contractors, ensuring compliance with permits (GDP) and design limits Oversee safety systems, inspections, and environmental compliance Liaise with key stakeholders to align project goals and site priorities Own shift reporting, planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives ABOUT YOU You’re a hands‑on leader who thrives under pressure, motivates teams, drives process improvements, and brings technical excellence to every project. To be successful you will have Direct supervisory experience with mining‑class equipment (haul trucks, large excavators, dozers) 8+ years’ experience in large‑scale civil earthworks or mining 3+ years in a site supervisory or leadership role Solid understanding of pond construction, survey control, and Ground Disturbance Permit compliance Proficiency in Excel, Office 365, Aconex, INX, and Pronto Strong knowledge of WHS (Mines) Regulations and WA mining legislation Ability to read and action engineering drawings and specifications Current WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence and White Card Certificate in Engineering, Supervision, or Construction (desirable) Completion of minimum requirements to satisfy Section 26 statutory obligations is highly regarded WHAT WE OFFER YOU Maximum Term Contract opportunity Healthy and competitive salary FIFO ex Perth, short commute direct to site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Wellness App Manager Assistance Program (MAP) Salary Packaging (Novated Lease Vehicles, Electronic Devices, Education Expenses, FIFO Travel and FIFO Airport Car Parking) Salary Sacrificing (Superannuation) ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY Applicants must hold full Australian working rights and meet site access and safety requirements, including pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and a current National Police Clearance, in line with WA mining regulations.
