If you believe that good homes create good lives, come build with us. What you'll be doing Engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive first impression of our brand. Listen actively to customers' preferences and requirements, providing recommendations and solutions. Responsible for the conversion of sales from walk-in customers. Recommend design-focused solutions tailored to customers' requirements (style of home décor desired, floor plan, etc.). Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction is met. Assist in store operational excellence by ensuring general showroom maintenance, receiving/issuing stocks, and monthly high accuracy stock take. Perform other roles within the store such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members, or performing operational tasks on the sales floor. What you’ll need to succeed Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related industries. Proven track record of customer centricity and strong people skills (approachable, good listener, and empathetic). Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Commitment to giving and receiving feedback – you feel there is always more to learn and are open to feedback on your performance. Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent team player. Stay relevant and updated with furniture and consumer trends, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
