Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment with the ability to motivate, train, and develop your team. Strong communication skills – can give clear instructions and feedback. A natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves inspiring teams with a hands on approach. Knowledge of fast-food service standards and workflows. Strong problem-solving skills to can handle issues quickly and effectively. Experience with inventory management, rostering, and stock control. You are customer focused and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for your guests. Ability to analyze sales reports, control costs, and hit company’s KPIs. Experience managing labor costs, food costs, and profitability. Ability to train staff on safety procedures and best practices.
