Maintenance Coordinator About this opportunity We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our Civil Operations team within Infrastructure & Operations. In this role, you will: Plan and coordinate personnel, plant, and resources for maintenance and capital works programs. Lead and manage teams to deliver roads, drainage, and parks maintenance services. Monitor budgets, compile cost estimates, and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Provide technical advice and contribute to operational process improvements. Support emergency response and recovery efforts during natural disasters. Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills QLD 'C' Class Driver's Licence (or interstate equivalent). General Construction Safety 'White' Card. Qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field (Associate Diploma preferred or Certificate IV in Civil Construction). Substantial experience leading teams in civil engineering works, particularly roads and drainage. Strong knowledge of maintenance and construction procedures, traffic management, and quality assurance. Highly developed leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
