The Role This is a support role working alongside our existing Room Leaders . As an educator at Seeds, you will: Use your skills and knowledge to create meaningful learning experiences Bring a genuine love for children and a commitment to a culture of kindness, mindfulness and respect Be part of a team where your ideas are valued and your contribution is noticed Mentor and guide educational practices within the room Provide support to the Room Leader to implement high‑quality early learning programs aligned with EYLF and NQS Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families Be willing to work within a roster system Skills and Experience We’d love to hear from you if you have: A recognised Diploma or Bachelor of Education/Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA‑approved qualification Strong verbal and written communication skills A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) A current Working with Children Check Current First Aid and CPR The ability and confidence to contribute to a room environment About Seeds Early Learning Centre Ballina Open 6:30am – 6:00pm Nature‑rich learning spaces – real grass, trees and timber play spaces ACECQA Exceeding rated service Supportive, experienced team with genuine opportunities to be mentored into leadership roles At Seeds, you’ll feel the difference of a warm, family‑run centre that truly values its people.
