Overview Site-based Contracts Administrator (Parramatta, NSW) for a well-established, family-owned Tier 3 commercial builder. Working on a circa $18m education project, you will support procurement, contract administration, cost control, subcontractor management and documentation throughout the full project lifecycle. This role offers progression toward Project Management with mentoring from a supportive leader. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement, scopes of work and subcontractor letting Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and variations Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers Process progress claims, cost tracking and financial reporting Assist with estimating and cost planning during pre-construction Monitor project progress and contribute to programme updates Support design coordination and manage documentation flow Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards Work on site daily (7am–4:30pm), with occasional Saturday work as required Qualifications & Experience Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry Experience on commercial or education projects (ideally $10m–$30m value) High attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously Proficiency in contract admin systems (Procore, ProcurePro, Cheops, Aconex or similar) A driven and ambitious mindset, with a desire to progress into PM in time What’s On Offer Competitive salary package (aligned to experience) Opportunity to join a growing builder with repeat clients and strong project pipeline Genuine career progression into a Project Management role Supportive, non-micromanaged environment with a strong team culture Involvement in exciting and diverse construction projects Apply If this sounds like you, please apply now.
