The Role Seeking a Senior Project Manager & Process Engineer to oversee brownfield projects from concept to commissioning. You will provide technical and functional expertise across process and engineering disciplines, driving project delivery and operational improvements. This is a hands‑on, senior‑level role where you will take ownership of brownfield projects from initial concept through to final commissioning. You’ll be responsible for driving projects across multiple engineering disciplines, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and on budget. You will act as the key technical and project lead, providing process engineering expertise and practical solutions to support operational improvements across ANZ sites. Your role will include overseeing design, estimating, scoping, installation, commissioning and reporting while working closely with site teams and contractors to ensure engineering excellence and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of capital projects, including design, estimation, installation and commissioning. Provide process engineering support and subject‑matter expertise to operations. Monitor project costs, schedules, progress and provide timely reporting and recommendations. Implement process and reliability programs across ANZ operations. Ensure all projects comply with EHS, MHF, and EPA standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence programs for both in‑house and contractor teams. Candidate Requirements Senior Project Manager with 10+ years’ experience in chemical or process industries. Degree‑qualified Engineer recognised by the Institution of Engineers, Australia. Hands‑on experience in brownfield project delivery including design, installation and commissioning. Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems and process engineering for chemical manufacturing. Proven ability to manage multi‑discipline engineering teams and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in 24/7 manufacturing environments.
