About the role We are looking for a dedicated beauty enthusiast to join our team as our next superstar Laser & Skin Therapist A typical day will involve providing various treatments to our clients, including laser hair removal treatment and dermal and skin treatments. You will add value to our clients by providing treatment recommendations, including bespoke treatment plans and product recommendations to help them target their concerns. Key responsibilities Provide laser hair removal, dermal, and skin treatments. Recommend tailored treatment plans and product recommendations. Build long‑lasting client relationships to ensure exceptional client experience. Support team efforts in meeting individual and team sales KPIs. Operate efficiently in a fast‑paced clinic environment. Required qualifications Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (highly regarded). Proven ability to exceed individual and team sales targets. Strong interpersonal and positive communication skills that inspire and motivate team members. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
