Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers. Address and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests. Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections. Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained. Manage arrears efficiently. Handle lease sign-ups with precision. Utilise our property management software, including Ailo. Skills and Experience Experience in Real Estate, preferably within property management. Reliable, roadworthy, registered vehicle. A willing and positive attitude. Strong focus on customer service. Ability to collaborate effectively within a busy team. Proven verbal and written communication skills.
