CPAP Therapy Consultant – Miranda Clinic Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services, specialising in respiratory diseases and sleep diagnostics. The full‑time position is based in Miranda (Clinic & Shop). We are looking for an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments, collaborating closely with physicians to create tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients with sleep‑disordered breathing Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements Provide follow‑up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers Promote and upsell our product range and services Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in retail, healthcare or sales environments highly regarded Good communication skills Experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines Strong organisational and administrative skills Benefits Base salary plus sales incentive bonus 14 weeks paid parental leave Family and social activities Professional environment focused on wellbeing Salary Continuance Insurance Local and global opportunities Health and wellbeing initiatives Retail discount programs with over 350 retailers Employee social events One paid volunteering day each year Long‑term career development opportunities nationally and/or internationally across the Air Liquide Group We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome applications from all qualified applicants regardless of their background. #J-18808-Ljbffr
