We're passionate about specialty coffee, wholesome food and creating a space people love to come back to. About the Role We’re seeking a confident, people-focused Café Manager with at least two years of management experience to lead our growing team. This is a 4–5 day per week role (35+ hours), suited to someone who loves hospitality, values great service and thrives in a hands‑on environment. In this role, you will: Lead daily café operations and maintain a high standard of service Manage and support staff, including onboarding and training Oversee rostering, planning and service flow Maintain quality control across food, coffee and customer experience Work closely with owners to shape systems, culture and improvements Jump on the machine with confidence. Barista experience is essential Build lasting rapport with customers and represent the values of the café What You’ll Bring Minimum 2 years café or hospitality management experience Strong barista skills and passion for quality coffee Ability to train and increase staff skillset behind both the coffee machine and front of house operations. A natural leader who values calm communication and team connection Proven ability to manage service flow, staff and customer needs A passion for community, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to stay steady under pressure Why Join Fellowship Drive?
