About the Role As a Speech Pathologist within our Paediatric Team, you will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality assessment, therapy, and family-centred interventions for children across our community programs. Depending on your experience and grade, you may work across: Children’s Services: Multidisciplinary assessments, individual therapy, group programs, and parent capacity‑building. School Readiness Program: Supporting kindergarten educators and parents through capacity‑building, professional development, and onsite support. Neurodevelopmental Assessment Clinic: Conducting assessments to support neurodevelopmental disorder diagnosis (such as the ADOS) and contributing to diagnostic case conferences. Feeding Clinic: Supporting children with feeding and swallowing challenges in a multidisciplinary clinic. Pathways to Good Health Clinic: Assessing children in out‑of‑home care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
