About the Role Moer Plastering is a family‑owned business specialising in all areas of solid plastering and rendering. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Plasterer to join our highly skilled team. As an apprentice, you’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of solid plastering—building your skills from the ground up. We are a close‑knit team where a positive attitude and a good sense of humour are always welcomed. What You’ll Learn Traditional sand/cement & acrylic render Texture finishes White set/hard wall plaster Venetian plaster Microcement application Reading site plans & drawings High‑quality surface preparation Maintaining a clean and safe work environment What We’re Looking For A genuine interest in the building trades and a desire to learn the art of plastering Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work Good work ethic and willingness to learn Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour Reliable, punctual, and able to closely follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills White Card (or willingness to obtain one if successful) A current driver’s licence and own transport What We Offer Full apprenticeship with structured on‑the‑job training Competitive wages and benefits Supportive family‑run team environment Exposure to high‑quality workmanship and specialty finishes Consistent work across varied projects On completion a nationally recognised Certificate III in Solid Plastering Opportunities for growth once qualified How to Apply If you’re ready to start a trade and want to learn from a team that prides itself on quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
