Membership Sales Consultant
to join our team at Invictus Health Club. As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our club.Key Responsibilities:Actively promote and sell club memberships to prospective members.Conduct tours of the facility and showcase the club's amenities, programs, and services.Build and maintain relationships with current and potential members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Provide information about membership options, pricing, and promotions.Assist members with account inquiries, membership changes, and billing issues.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into membership sales.Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and increase membership sales.Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for members.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.Qualifications:Previous sales experience in the fitness or wellness industry is highly preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of fitness programs, equipment, and services is a plus.Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.Competitive salary and commission structure.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Access to club facilities and fitness programs.Positive and supportive work environment.If you are passionate about fitness, sales-driven, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from youApply now
