Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer service and guide customers through their Telstra journey. Identify customer needs and provide customised solutions involving Telstra products and services. Maintain knowledge of the latest technology and products through continuous training. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and KPIs. Engage with customers in a friendly, positive, and resilient manner in a fast-paced environment. Support customers by solving problems and answering questions related to products and services. Handle store duties and participate in promotional activities as required.
